The company was established in 2024 by Capt. Morgan von Gegerfelt as a consultancy for the maritime industry. The main office is located in Oslo, Norway. With broad expertise on both the shore and shipping side of LNG and FRSU terminal development operation, TMSA, MTMSA, Due Diligence, SIRE 2.0, MEG 4, Ship Management, HSEQ, Safety Management Systems, Vessel Maneuvering, Towing solutions, Simulations, special course development and instruction for universities, support in a wide area can be given.
The founder of the company started his career at sea aboard the Schooner HMS “Gladan”, then the full rigger “Christian Radich”, sailed on the S/S Norway and many years on Oil, Chemical and LNG. Near a decade as pilot in Norway and more than 10 years in ship management whereof the last 7 years in top management gives deep insight and understanding. In combination with leadership skills and understanding enables the ability to analyze and address issues ranging from general management issues to innovative solutions in practical operational matters.
The various experts are called in on project basis as needed and consists of very experienced experts in a wide range of areas with excellent people skills and professionalism.
